Web TV Revolution is a Business Unit of Mediaway Broadband Television Ltd, a company born in the telco giant Ericsson (Nasdaq: Eric) incubator, with the mission to develop the Web Television business. Mediaway comes from its founder’s vision: Dr. Andrea Cilento, art historian, has been a pioneer of Web Television since 1998. Many years before Netflix, we produced Original Contents for Web Television and on demand TV platforms for several big brands.
Web TV Revolution has the mission to produce and publish thematic channels designed for Social Media and Web: not the mere streaming of traditional TV contents over IP, but the creation of original contents for the pace of social age. At the same time we strive to offer quality contents, based on expert’s ideas, professional production, instead of user generated contents. Quality means much, even more in a scenario dominated by billions of poor quality videos.
